Analyze organizational data and implement, maintain, and improve the company CRM system. Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, manage data, test changes, and support informed decision-making.
Обязанности
- Retrieve data from company systems and databases
- Process, clean, validate, and maintain data quality
- Build recurring and ad hoc business reports
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management
- Manage the CRM system and support users
- Configure business processes, tables, fields, permissions, and interfaces
- Gather and specify business requirements with system users
- Coordinate development activities and perform user acceptance testing
- Test new releases and implement CRM changes
- Investigate issues and coordinate resolution with development teams
- Train users and implement new workflows
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in business analysis and data analysis
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience writing SQL and retrieving data from databases
- Experience with system testing and business process analysis
- Strong analytical and information presentation skills
- Systems thinking and business understanding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Experience with Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or Monday CRM
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of financial, service, or sales processes
- Experience working with software vendors and development teams
