Support users and business teams with the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Priority ERP system across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and finance processes.
Обязанности
- Support end users with operational issues in the Priority ERP system.
- Analyze business needs and support business process implementation and deployment across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and finance.
- Create and maintain user accounts, access permissions, reports, and report generators.
- Develop user guides and deliver individual and group training.
- Conduct acceptance testing of new developments and system changes before production release.
Требования
- At least one year of experience implementing or supporting Priority ERP, or exceptional completion of a Priority implementation course with a strong technical background.
- Understanding of the Priority data structure, report generators, and system screens.
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
- Customer-focused, patient, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Будет плюсом
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write basic queries.
- Completion of a Priority implementation course.
- Strong technical background.
