- Lead the ERP implementation project from definition through go-live and ongoing support.
- Implement business processes and configure system modules in a SaaS environment.
- Manage cross-organizational project activities, suppliers and technology partners.
- Coordinate core interfaces with third-party logistics providers.
- Support users through requirements definition, testing, implementation and go-live.
- Work with commercial, finance, logistics, customer service and operations teams.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and global stakeholders.
- Create user guides, work procedures, and business and technical process documentation.
