- Support variable, equity, and executive compensation projects
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, boards, and compensation committees
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and senior HR stakeholders

- Analyze salary, compensation, and benefits data to generate client insights
- Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Build analytical and financial models to support management decisions
- Support projects involving executive compensation, compensation policy, and pay structures
- Contribute to variable compensation, performance-based bonuses, and equity compensation projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and professional materials for executives, boards, and compensation committees
- Work with clients, human resources managers, and senior organizational stakeholders
