Lead the development of microwave modules and RF components for advanced space applications within a high-technology engineering and systems environment.

- Lead the development of microwave modules and RF components for space applications.
- Plan, execute, and control projects while meeting schedules and quality requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present them to technical and management stakeholders.
- Support manufacturing, system integration, and environmental qualification processes.
- Lead matrixed teams and coordinate multiple technical interfaces.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience developing RF modules, RF arrays, or board designs.
- Deep knowledge of standards and regulations used in the space industry, including ISO, ECSS, and MIL-STD standards.
- Proven ability to independently lead projects and matrixed teams.
- Strong stakeholder and interface-management skills.
- Experience integrating complex systems.
- Project risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
