A technical organization is seeking a Communications Systems Specialist to manage communication systems, telephony, and infrastructure. The role covers implementation, operation, maintenance, and technical project work.
Обязанности
- Manage communication systems, telephony, and related infrastructure
- Implement, operate, and maintain ACE and NICE systems
- Administer Cisco CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, and trunking systems
- Support network and infrastructure operations
- Participate in system implementations and technical projects
- Prepare and work with technical specifications
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in communications and telephony
- Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining ACE and NICE systems
- Experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, and trunking
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, RTP, networks, and infrastructure
- Experience with system implementations, technical projects, and technical specifications
- Experience working in Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong service orientation
