Join a hardware engineering team developing ASIC accelerators for data-center networking. Lead subsystem architecture, RTL design, hardware/software interfaces, and performance analysis while collaborating with software, verification, and physical design teams.
Обязанности
- Lead a networking ASIC subsystem.
- Define hardware/software interfaces and write microarchitecture and design specifications.
- Define microarchitecture, block partitioning, interfaces, and design flows.
- Design and implement ASICs that accelerate data-center networking.
- Analyze networking-stack performance.
- Coordinate with software, verification, and physical design teams to deliver complete, correct, and performant designs.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience architecting networking ASICs from specification through production.
- Experience developing RTL for ASIC subsystems.
- Experience spanning microarchitecture, design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing closure.

- Experience optimizing hardware/software interfaces with software teams.
- Experience architecting networking switches, endpoints, and hardware offloads.
- Knowledge of RDMA, packet processing, and low-latency, high-throughput, secure, reliable system design.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, PCIe, DRAM, NoC, AXI, ACE, or CHI protocols.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Go.
- Understanding of packet classification, processing, queuing, scheduling, traffic conditioning, and telemetry.
