Join a networking engineering team developing and improving high-speed Ethernet and InfiniBand interconnect products. The role focuses on cluster performance, product quality, failure analysis, and data-driven engineering decisions.
Обязанности
- Maintain product delivery quality through large-scale data analysis and failure analysis.
- Investigate customer complaints and manage failure analysis for field and laboratory issues.
- Improve product performance in collaboration with process, mechanical, hardware, and thermal engineering teams.
- Design and enhance product test plans to support product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead high-impact task forces and cross-functional working groups.
- Collaborate with customer support, marketing, engineering, quality, and reliability teams.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong statistics and large-scale data analysis skills using tools such as JMP, Python, Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding of electronic circuits.
- Strong software and scripting skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical and functional teams.
