Lead a team of NPI Product Experts responsible for introducing complex RF-based products from development through manufacturing and full-scale production. Combine hands-on RF expertise with technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

- Lead and mentor NPI Product Experts while contributing hands-on technical expertise.
- Debug RF systems and boards, perform failure analysis, and investigate root causes.
- Support product bring-up, integration, validation, and manufacturing troubleshooting.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct lab activities, system characterization, RF measurements, and production-line investigations.
- Drive manufacturing-site initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, test coverage, and production throughput.
- Coordinate across the organization to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Требования
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in RF systems, electronics development, product engineering, NPI, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong expertise in RF systems, RF boards, mixed-signal circuits, and system-level integration.
- Deep knowledge of RF fundamentals, including signal chains, gain, noise figure, frequency conversion, modulation, filtering, impedance matching, and performance characterization.
- Hands-on experience with VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
