A global mobile game studio is seeking a Senior Technical Artist to deliver high-quality, performant visuals for mobile and WebGL games. The role owns the pipeline from content creation through runtime and works across art, engineering, and product teams.
Обязанности
- Own and improve PSD-to-Unity workflows, including import standards, metadata-driven prefab setup, and reimport stability.
- Integrate 3D assets in Unity across models, materials, prefabs, and scene setup.
- Build, maintain, and optimize runtime visuals, including URP shaders, materials, and UI effects.
- Support and evolve reusable UI component libraries.
- Optimize memory usage, compression, build size, and frame rate using profiling data.
- Improve asset loading and reference workflows, including Addressables and runtime asset lifecycle management.
- Create tools and automation to accelerate iteration, reduce manual work, and improve pipeline reliability.
- Collaborate with artists, engineers, and product teams to balance visual quality, technical constraints, and delivery priorities.
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in technical art or tech art, ideally in game production.
- Strong production experience with Unity and C#.
- Experience with both 2D PSD-based and 3D asset pipelines.
- Knowledge of URP, rendering, ShaderLab, HLSL or CG, and shader debugging.
- Practical experience with profiling and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of texture formats, compression, memory constraints, and build-size trade-offs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
