Serve as a senior individual contributor and technical cornerstone for fraud prevention. Develop AI-driven detection capabilities, guide fraud technology strategy, and partner with product, engineering, finance, and support teams to protect a high-volume business platform.

- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI-first fraud detection
- Design generative AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for forensic investigations
- Develop machine learning models and graph-based heuristics to detect fraud rings and synthetic identities
- Advise product and engineering teams on scalable safeguards for new payment features and expansion
- Investigate and mitigate high-impact fraud attacks using Python and network analytics
- Optimize SQL and Python environments and support real-time AI inference
- Set technical standards for the fraud team’s data stack
- Influence risk-reward decisions and advise senior leadership
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in fintech or payments fraud analytics
- Experience scaling fraud programs in complex, high-volume environments
- Proven experience with generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and machine learning
- Advanced Python and SQL skills, including performance tuning, common table expressions, and window functions
- Deep experience with graph databases and link-analysis techniques
- Expertise in payment lifecycle risks including card-not-present, ACH, and RTP
- Knowledge of fraud challenges in SaaS and marketplace sectors
- Understanding of PCI DSS, Nacha rules, and emerging AI regulation in financial services
- Advanced data visualization skills using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni, or Superset
- Ability to communicate quantitative findings to executives and influence technical roadmaps

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience
