Lead liquidity management within a bank’s capital markets division, overseeing ongoing monitoring, risk analysis, market activity, and a specialist team. The role is based in Lod and is full-time.
Обязанности
- Manage a specialist team responsible for ongoing monitoring, analysis, and control using regulatory and internal models.
- Develop recommendations and conduct capital markets transactions using securities, derivatives, and financing instruments.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management and the board, and present findings and recommendations.
- Lead improvements to models and workflows in response to business developments, regulatory changes, and Bank of Israel and Basel guidance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including trading rooms, business units, accounting, the Bank of Israel, and technology teams.
Требования
- Degree in finance, mathematics, or statistics.
- Experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, including currency derivatives, bonds, and repo transactions.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, or quantitative thinking.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good English writing, speaking, and reading skills.
Будет плюсом
- Three to four years of experience managing liquidity and liquidity risk in a banking environment.
- Familiarity with Bank of Israel liquidity regulations.
- Experience with data-mining tools such as SAS or SQL.
