Partner with Product and R&D leaders at an automotive technology company. Build business plans, forecasts, budgets, financial models, and management reporting to support strategic decisions.
Обязанности
- Act as a finance partner to Product and R&D leaders.
- Analyze full P&L performance and business drivers.
- Build and maintain long-term plans, forecasts, and ad hoc financial models.
- Prepare budgets with budget owners and provide quarterly usage reports.
- Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets.
- Support quarterly closing, including provisions, analysis, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct rolling forecasts and analyze revenue, cost of sales, product mix, and gross margin.
- Work with accounting systems, budgeting systems, and SOX controls.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Economics.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or financial control.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Proven experience building complex financial models.
- Experience with costing and gross margin analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces and work effectively under pressure.

- Experience in an industrial company.
- Experience with NetSuite, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, or Power Query.
- Experience with AI tools or an AI-focused work environment.
