Part-Time Finance Operations Specialist

Support revenue recognition, billing, contract-to-cash processes, and financial data operations for a growing voice AI and enterprise API business. This part-time, on-site role is suitable for candidates with finance or accounting experience, including students.
Обязанности
- Process customer invoices and reconcile them with signed contracts and statements of work
- Track and reconcile revenue recognition schedules across subscription, project-based, and usage-based contracts
- Maintain consistent customer and contract data across CRM, ERP, and billing systems
- Support revenue-related month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc revenue reports for finance leadership
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support internal and external revenue audit requests
- Identify and help resolve billing and revenue data inconsistencies
- Improve billing and revenue processes as business lines expand
Требования
- Experience in a finance or accounting department, or comparable experience
- Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts and customers
- Availability for part-time, on-site work
