- Analyze large-scale non-traded credit transactions in Israel and abroad
- Support credit-rating processes and debt restructuring procedures
- Conduct comprehensive transaction analysis and lead due-diligence processes
- Formulate investment recommendations and present them to credit and investment committees
- Work directly with senior company stakeholders and leading market corporations
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of analyst experience in banking corporate divisions, consulting, economic departments, project finance, or capital markets
- High proficiency in Excel
