Responsible for establishing and controlling management infrastructure across project lifecycles, performing financial analysis and reporting, building cost models, and supporting strategic decisions. Requires a BA/BSc in Business or Industrial Engineering, Excel proficiency, and strong analytical skills.

- Oversee the establishment and control of management infrastructure for projects
- Monitor and analyze financial and managerial data (sales, engagements, profit, supplies, delays) to ensure goal achievement
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop cost models and lead proposal responses domestically and internationally
- Conduct process analysis and drive continuous improvement and efficiency
- Work intensively with willingness for overtime
Требования
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Business Administration
- Full command of MS Office applications
- High service awareness and strong interpersonal skills
Будет плюсом
- At least one year of experience in planning and control
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in teamwork within a complex, matrix environment
- Good command of English
