A global chemical distribution and services company is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager in the Beer Yaakov–Tel Aviv area to lead finance operations and a seven-person team.
Обязанности
- Compile financial data, prepare reports, and analyze company performance.
- Lead and develop a seven-person finance team.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and global controlling teams on financial and reporting analysis.
- Manage cash-flow activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for senior leadership.
- Coordinate audits and supervise finance staff.
- Communicate financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports in accordance with Israeli regulations and international accounting standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Требования
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Israeli financial regulations.
- Experience with SAP R/3.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Leadership and team-management experience.
