Lead valuation, financial modeling, transaction analysis, and strategic deal support for a global healthcare company expanding access to innovative therapies.
Обязанности
- Build integrated P&L, cash flow, and valuation models for strategic transactions
- Assess transaction economics, deal structures, risks, and value drivers
- Develop patient- and market-based sales forecasts using epidemiology, patient journeys, pricing, market access, launch timing, penetration, and competitive dynamics
- Present transaction analyses, recommendations, and potential outcomes to senior and executive leadership
- Support long-range planning, board materials, investment cases, and strategic financial assessments
- Conduct post-deal reviews and apply lessons learned to future business development activities
- Support negotiations and contribute to strategic transaction structuring
Требования
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, corporate development, business development, FP&A, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and professional experience building complex financial models
- Expertise in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, deal structuring, DCF, NPV, IRR, risk-adjusted modeling, scenario analysis, and transaction economics
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions
