On-site leadership role supporting the CFO across financial operations for an international trade and distribution company. The position oversees planning, reporting, controls, cash flow, and financial decision support in Yehud Monosson.

- Support the CFO in overseeing financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and lead reporting cycles.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and analyze variances, trends, and risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Optimize cash flow, cost structures, and investment decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial systems and workflows.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Mentor finance team members and collaborate across departments.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in senior finance roles.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills.
- Expertise in financial statements and reporting, including compliance and stakeholder presentation.
- Advanced data analysis and variance analysis skills.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
