Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, regulatory compliance, and finance operations for an international money transfer company.
Обязанности
- Oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize the company’s capital structure.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for business growth and strategic decisions.
- Manage regulatory compliance and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead the finance team and improve financial processes and controls.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and cash flow optimization.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy, financial statements, and compliant reporting.
- Advanced analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Experience leading finance teams and improving processes and controls.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions operating in Israel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

- Experience in currency exchange, fintech, or cross-border payments.
