A leading company in southern Israel is seeking a Budget Control Manager to lead a team of 5–8 employees and oversee budget planning, control, forecasting, and analysis across company projects.
Обязанности
- Lead and manage the Budget Control Department.
- Build and monitor project budgets from land acquisition through construction and delivery.
- Analyze budget versus actuals and forecasts, identifying variances, risks, and trends.
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and financial insights for senior management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Execution, and Project Managers.
- Improve budget control processes, reporting, and supporting systems.
- Monitor project commitments, contractors, materials, and schedules.
- Lead cross-organizational processes and corrective actions.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Significant experience in budget control, planning, and analysis.
- Proven team management and cross-organizational leadership experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
