Own hands-on accounting and financial operations for the Israeli entity, while overseeing selected accounting processes and international banking across group entities.
Обязанности
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the Israeli entity, including VAT, payroll, payments, expenses, and income
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Manage month- and year-end closing
- Prepare and review P&L statements and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Israeli accounting and tax requirements
- Oversee local accounting processes and accountants in Serbia and Ukraine
- Manage global payment processing, international bank accounts, cash flow, and cross-border transfers
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Review international financial data for accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, accountants, and other financial partners
- Provide management with timely and accurate financial information
Требования
- Strong hands-on accounting experience in Israel
- Experience in an IT or high-tech company
- Experience overseeing accounting processes and local or external accountants in international operations
- Practical knowledge of Israeli VAT, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and month- and year-end closing
- Experience managing international bank accounts, cross-border payments, and multi-currency transactions
- Strong P&L and financial reporting experience
- Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent Hebrew and good English
