Manage day-to-day bookkeeping through trial balance, payroll coordination, payments, reconciliations, tax reporting, and financial close in a global energy technology company.
Обязанности
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance.
- Process domestic and international vendor invoices, reconciliations, and payments; issue customer invoices and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts.
- Prepare vendor payment files and execute payments through MASAV; set up direct debit authorizations and monitor collections and returned transactions.
- Handle foreign-currency transactions and multi-currency accounting.
- Prepare and submit VAT and tax-withholding reports.
- Support month- and year-end close and prepare materials for external accountants and auditors.
- Manage day-to-day payment, collection, and reconciliation operations with international banks.
- Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with external payroll providers.
- Help build financial processes and infrastructure, collaborating with teams in Israel and abroad.
- Use Priority ERP and other financial tools.
Требования
- Level 2+3 bookkeeping certification.
- Significant full-cycle bookkeeping experience through trial balance.
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP and MASAV vendor payments and direct debit collections.
- Experience working in a global company.
- Experience with foreign-currency invoicing, intercompany and FX reconciliations, and payroll processes.
- Very strong English and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong proficiency using AI tools and technology platforms to automate and improve financial workflows.
