Experience with XR, 3D, or real-time graphics using Unity, Unreal, WebXR, or similar
Experience with multiplayer or shared-presence systems
Familiarity with capturing real spaces and creating digital twins using photogrammetry, LiDAR, Gaussian splats, or similar
Comfort building from scratch and owning technical decisions
