Join a professional services team as a strategic technical advisor for complex enterprise customers. Lead solution architecture, integration, implementation guidance, and technical delivery across customer and partner engagements.
Обязанности
- Define scalable solutions that meet complex customer needs
- Evaluate business and technical requirements
- Act as lead architect and coordinate multiple architects across engagements
- Align architecture with project and engagement managers during planning and implementation
- Review solution vision, direction, implementation approach, and key project artifacts
- Direct early solution evaluation and manage issues with executives, account teams, engineering, and product teams
- Configure applications hands-on when required
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues on technical delivery and communication
- Lead or contribute to internal innovation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support presales activities when required
Требования
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain such as CRM, ERP, or HR
- Coding experience in object-oriented languages
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
- Experience guiding customers and project teams in adopting emerging technologies for business use cases
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, ownership, and independent working skills
- Availability for regional and occasional international travel

- Detailed knowledge of web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, integration patterns, ESB or ETL tools, and enterprise systems
- Experience delivering coded enterprise applications on a major software platform
- Experience as a senior architect or CTO leading organizational transformation
- Ability to build relationships with executives and key decision-makers
