Design firmware architectures and hardware interfaces for advanced processor systems, guiding secure, high-performance solutions across hardware, firmware, and software teams. This hybrid role is based primarily onsite in Petah Tikva, with an additional location in Haifa.
Обязанности
- Define secure, high-performance embedded firmware architectures.
- Translate product requirements into firmware specifications and documentation.
- Develop algorithms and design patterns for firmware, software, and external component interactions.
- Lead vulnerability assessments and threat analysis, defining mitigations and closing security gaps.
- Review feature designs and implementations with firmware engineering teams.
- Provide training on processor features and firmware practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead research supporting future product roadmaps.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of firmware development experience using C or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience in firmware architecture or system-level design across hardware, firmware, and software interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of embedded-system mitigations and real-time operating systems.
- Experience writing firmware for ARM or Xtensa processors in RTOS or bare-metal environments.
- Ability to produce clear, implementable firmware requirements and architecture documentation.
