- Translate requirements into technical vision, architecture, and roadmaps
- Design infrastructure for programmable improvements to RDMA protocols in AI networking stacks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop networking solutions
- Evaluate hardware and software approaches for next-generation programmable RDMA architectures
- Build proofs of concept, conduct experiments, and perform quantitative modeling to guide innovation
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in networking stacks and protocols, including RDMA, TCP/IP, and InfiniBand
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams
