- Lead the design and implementation of complex distributed software systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable architectures with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Define and drive architecture patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and operational practices.
- Write and review code and contribute to cross-team technical problem-solving.
- Mentor developers and technical leads and raise engineering standards.
- Review designs and implementations for quality, maintainability, and resilience.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend improvements.
- Support deployments, observability, performance tuning, and incident analysis.
- Guide internal innovation projects toward alignment with the broader product ecosystem and production readiness.
Требования
- 8+ years of experience in software development, system design, and software architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java and/or Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems and messaging or streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Spark.
- Knowledge of distributed and non-distributed databases, including PostgreSQL, Cassandra, SingleStore, or ClickHouse.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, testing, security, and agile development practices.
- Experience with production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, observability, and performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
