Join an engineering team building and scaling data collection systems and high-throughput ingestion pipelines for a platform providing access to open, deep, and dark web content.
Обязанности
- Develop, scale, and maintain data collection systems and high-throughput ingestion architecture.
- Design and implement backend services, microservices, and product enhancements using Java and Python.
- Build and optimize pipelines that process large volumes of data from multiple sources through downstream storage and indexing.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and test core software, message brokers, and distributed databases; identify and proactively resolve issues.
- Improve system efficiency, latency, reliability, and scalability across multi-cloud environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design resilient architectures, and deliver production solutions.
Требования
- At least 4 years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Experience building and scaling high-throughput microservices, data pipelines, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with message brokers such as Apache Pulsar, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with relational, distributed, and non-relational databases, such as TiDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis, or Galera.
- Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS or OCI, Linux, and web infrastructure including HTTP, APIs, and crawling mechanisms.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, and ability to collaborate with a team.
