Обязанности
- Design and implement scalable, reusable backend services and libraries
- Build and maintain tools that improve developer workflows
- Define and promote practices for code quality, performance, and reliability
- Integrate AI tools for code generation, testing, documentation, and debugging
- Evaluate emerging technologies through proof-of-concept projects
- Lead cross-team initiatives improving infrastructure scalability, reliability, and developer experience
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues
- Contribute to system architecture evolution and scaling
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of backend development experience focused on infrastructure or platform engineering
- Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, or Go
- Experience building large-scale infrastructure or web applications
- Experience improving system stability through monitoring, bottleneck resolution, and performance improvements
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Strong coding standards and the ability to work independently
- Experience leading long-term technical initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
