Join a User Voice platform team building backend systems and AI pipelines that process large-scale user feedback into structured, actionable insights. The role focuses on distributed architecture, production LLM systems, evaluation, and scalable data processing.
Обязанности
- Design and evolve a real-time and batch event-driven microservices backend
- Expand the platform to support new feedback channels and user signals
- Build AI pipeline stages for information extraction and semantic clustering
- Establish automated quality measurement and regression evaluation for model and prompt changes
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver capabilities to production
- Own reliability, scalability, and cost considerations across the platform
Требования
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend focus
- Experience designing and owning distributed, event-driven systems at scale
- Production experience with LLM-based extraction pipelines, structured outputs, and model and prompt lifecycle management
- Strong prompt engineering skills for reliable structured results
- Experience defining AI quality metrics, evaluation datasets, model benchmarks, and release validation
- Working knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and clustering algorithms
- Experience with large-scale data processing, backfills, reprocessing, and warehouse-scale SQL

- Experience with Scala, Java, or Kotlin and strong Python skills
- Experience with vector search engines or retrieval-augmented generation architectures
- Background in voice-of-customer, feedback analytics, or similar insight products
