- Design and scale core backend software foundations for AI-powered products
- Build platforms that consolidate complex data for investigative decision-making
- Partner with AI data science and product teams
- Own critical software components from design through production
- Develop secure, high-performance, and scalable systems
- Maintain software quality, resilience, and production stability
- Mentor engineers and provide technical problem-solving leadership
Требования
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience
- Proven Java development experience
- Experience building cloud-native microservices with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Experience building resilient, high-velocity production systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML engines and agentic workflows
- Experience working with global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
