Build and own scalable, mission-critical backend systems for a large parking technology platform. Lead complex projects from technical design through production support, collaborate across engineering teams, and help advance AI-enabled development workflows.

Обязанности

  • Lead backend projects from functional specifications and technical design through deployment and production support
  • Design, develop, and own scalable production-grade backend systems
  • Architect and lead cloud-native microservices and distributed systems on AWS
  • Make data architecture decisions across multiple storage technologies
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Frontend, and other engineering teams
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and uphold engineering standards
  • Use AI coding assistants to improve development productivity
  • Build reusable AI sub-agents, skills, and templates for team workflows

Требования

  • At least 5 years of backend development experience with end-to-end feature ownership
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or building AI-powered solutions
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS
  • Strong knowledge of system design, architecture principles, and design patterns
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, schema design, and performance optimization
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple engineering teams
  • Strong communication, proactive working style, and team orientation
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies
