Обязанности
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services and systems
- Own technical projects from architecture and design through implementation, testing, and production
- Evolve architectures for scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Build backend infrastructure for AI-powered products and workflows
- Integrate and orchestrate AI agents, tools, and services in production systems
- Work with large-scale data, databases, and distributed systems
- Modernize existing systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust technical solutions
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering practices
Требования
- At least 5 years of hands-on backend software development experience
- Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Strong backend development and system design skills
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience with SQL databases, caching solutions, cloud environments, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience designing and building AI-powered systems, especially agentic and multi-agent architectures
- Experience building reliable systems in which AI agents execute tasks, use tools, and coordinate across multiple steps or agents
- Understanding of financial markets and financial content
