Join a large enterprise SaaS organization as a backend engineer building secure, scalable cloud services and AI-enabled systems used by millions of customers. The role is hybrid, with 1–3 or 4–5 office days per week depending on the arrangement.
Обязанности
- Build and ship secure, optimized, production-grade backend software
- Design systems in which AI agents integrate with human workflows
- Develop scalable components and algorithms for a multi-tenant microservices SaaS platform
- Make architecture and design decisions focused on performance, scalability, and extensibility
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, code review, automation, and testing
- Evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, security, quality, and performance
- Maintain shared system designs, constraints, and engineering standards for reliable AI-assisted development
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as appropriate
Требования
- At least 3 years of software development experience
- Strong object-oriented programming and scripting experience, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, or C++
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience developing SaaS products on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale
- Understanding of queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution
- Experience using AI tools in software development workflows
- Advanced prompt engineering and system-context design skills
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
