Join an R&D team developing AI- and big-data-driven software that analyzes electronic components during assembly to detect faulty and counterfeit parts. Lead a team of software engineers while contributing to high-performance backend systems in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.
Обязанности
- Lead and mentor a team of R&D software engineers.
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications in Python and other backend languages.
- Own development projects, engineering tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms and complex business logic.
- Work with R&D management to align engineering priorities with company goals.
- Contribute to scalable microservices across cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
Требования
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including strong Python or backend-language experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or guiding software developers.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, real-time systems, low-level programming, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing APIs and networked applications.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, cloud architectures, on-premise infrastructure, AI/ML systems, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with C++.
- Experience with GPU programming using CUDA or OpenCL.
