Develop Java microservices and REST APIs that integrate core banking systems, internal services, and third-party and cloud solutions. Contribute to architecture planning, modernization, and enterprise middleware, and maintain Genesys systems as they transition from on-premises to cloud environments.

Обязанности

  • Develop Java microservices and REST APIs for integration with banking core systems, internal services, and third-party and cloud solutions.
  • Participate in planning architectural solutions, modernization processes, and enterprise middleware.
  • Develop and maintain systems in Genesys environments, currently on-premises and with a planned transition to cloud solutions.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-scale environment.

Требования

  • At least three years of Java development experience.
  • At least three years of experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
  • Practical experience integrating complex enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL databases or Oracle.
  • Experience using Git.

Будет плюсом

  • Experience with Genesys Engage or cloud contact center platforms (CCaaS).
  • Experience developing IVR or CTI systems.
  • Familiarity with contact center platforms such as NICE, Cisco, or Avaya.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
  • Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with banking systems or large enterprise organizations.
