Lead and mentor a software development team responsible for mission-critical business applications and high-volume transactional systems. Own delivery from requirements and design through production support in a multi-technology environment.

Обязанности

  • Lead and mentor a software development team
  • Own the full development lifecycle from requirements and design through delivery and support
  • Develop and maintain core business applications and supporting systems
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and improve performance across critical systems
  • Work with databases, Linux servers, and diverse development environments
  • Lead complex technology projects
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Требования

  • Practical Engineer degree in Software Engineering or equivalent technological education; a Computer Science B.Sc. is advantageous
  • Development experience with Java, C, and SQL
  • Hands-on Linux experience, including scripting
  • Experience with DB2 and SQL Server stored procedures
  • Experience managing enterprise systems and leading complex development projects
  • Experience with large-scale, high-volume transactional systems
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • C# experience
  • Git, SVN, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio familiarity
  • Multithreaded programming experience
  • JavaScript, Angular, or Struts experience
  • Systems engineering background
  • Agile methodology knowledge
  • Cloud technology experience
  • Knowledge of AI solutions
