Lead technical delivery for backend systems while combining hands-on development, team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Guide execution from sprint planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
Обязанности
- Own technical delivery for backend systems.
- Contribute hands-on code alongside planning and delivery leadership.
- Plan sprints and lead stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Mentor backend developers and support team growth.
- Coordinate delivery across systems, interfaces, and integrations.
- Translate product strategy into day-to-day engineering execution.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, velocity, blockers, and delivery risks.
- Drive continuous engineering improvement.
Требования
- At least 7 years of professional backend development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as an engineering manager or team lead.
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel; Java and Spring Boot experience is also relevant.
- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable relational databases.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Experience managing development across multiple systems, interfaces, and integrations.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including leading sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-team delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and parallel workstreams.
- Ability to estimate effort accurately, identify blockers early, and manage risks proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
