Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers while remaining hands-on in designing, coding, and managing large-scale, highly available backend services. Partner with cross-functional teams, guide technical decisions, and improve engineering processes in a big data environment.

- Lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of full-stack developers
- Define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Design, develop, and manage highly available services using .NET, React, AWS, and Kubernetes-based CI/CD
- Lead complex application design in a big data environment
- Maintain coding standards, engineering best practices, and architectural principles
- Oversee daily team activities, track progress, and improve development processes
- Identify and resolve technical risks and delivery issues
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or in a similar development management role
- Strong backend development expertise with .NET, Node.js, and MySQL
- Experience with DynamoDB and other databases
- Understanding of software development methodologies, version control, and CI/CD practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to remain a hands-on technical leader
