Join a technology-driven beauty company’s Product Development team to design premium, mass-produced beauty products and packaging. You will own projects from early concept through production, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to deliver commercially viable physical experiences at scale
Обязанности
- Design premium beauty products and packaging using materials including glass, plastic, cardboard, and fabric.
- Research, define, and test packaging solutions that support formulas, functionality, and user experience.
- Develop complete product systems spanning primary and secondary packaging, product form, color strategy, and interfaces.
- Create customer experiences such as shipping concepts, PR kits, gifting concepts, and influencer collaboration materials.
- Manage materials, finishes, decorations, manufacturing processes, and sustainable alternatives.
- Balance design quality with cost, schedule, safety, manufacturability, and sustainability constraints.
- Support industrialization, prototyping, testing, and quality-control activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to preserve design intent through manufacturing.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Требования
- At least 5 years of relevant industrial design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
- Strong design-for-manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience with 3D printing and prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and KeyShot.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant industrial design work.

- Experience working in a design studio.
