Join an enterprise software company in Tel Aviv to design digital products from research and concept development through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and global stakeholders to create clear, effective user experiences.

Обязанности

  • Partner with product managers to define, design, and deliver products
  • Design interactions for new features across multiple platforms
  • Create user journeys and product flows
  • Research user needs, motivations, and pain points
  • Develop wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes
  • Own the full design cycle through pixel-perfect UI and developer handoff
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams across locations
  • Work with global stakeholders to improve product experiences
  • Track design and industry trends

Требования

  • At least 5 years of UX and UI design experience in product teams
  • Experience with Figma
  • Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle from research through usability testing
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to collaborate and brainstorm effectively
