Own the vision, architecture, and evolution of a design system across native iOS and Android products. Lead system strategy, accessibility, design-to-code automation, and selected product experience initiatives as a lead-level individual contributor.
Обязанности
- Own the design system’s visual language, component architecture, interaction patterns, documentation, and contribution model.
- Build and maintain design-to-code pipelines and automate repetitive design operations workflows.
- Audit live mobile products for UI debt, inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and quality improvements.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design across components and interaction patterns.
- Lead product experience initiatives involving information architecture, navigation, and core product strategy.
- Partner with engineering, product, and brand to drive adoption, resolve pattern conflicts, prioritize work, and ensure production quality.
- Scale the design system through direction-setting, rituals, contribution processes, presentations, and team enablement.
Требования
- 8+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, information architecture, or systems design.
- Deep experience launching native iOS and Android products.
- Portfolio demonstrating design systems built, maintained, or substantially improved at scale.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents to automate workflows, accelerate documentation, build design-to-code pipelines, or generate production-ready components.
- Strong product design and systems strategy skills, including information architecture and experience strategy.
- Practical accessibility expertise covering WCAG, contrast, assistive technology, and inclusive design in shipped products.
- Strong communication, organization, alignment, and documentation skills across engineering, product, and brand.
