Join a remote-first online protection company as a senior product design engineer. Lead high-impact design projects across privacy products, from ideation through execution, while contributing code and shaping the design engineering discipline.
Обязанности
- Lead high-impact product design projects from ideation through execution
- Design experiences across AI, native app, search, and related privacy products
- Prototype, specify, and contribute code to ensure design quality in production
- Partner with engineers as a peer, including through code and pull-request reviews
- Shape product design decisions and help establish the design engineering discipline
- Develop and maintain high-quality design systems
- Use research, experimentation, and instrumentation to guide design decisions
- Define requirements and build workflow tools that improve design and engineering efficiency
Требования
- 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years at senior level
- Strong product design craft and ability to solve complex design problems
- Ability to communicate visual and interaction recommendations through mockups, rationale, prototypes, and motion specifications
- Fluency in code and ability to contribute to codebases and participate in pull-request reviews
- Experience building production-quality coded prototypes using semantic markup and accessibility principles
- Experience structuring design systems with tokens, primitives, semantic naming, and design-to-code parity
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and experimentation
- Experience with prioritization, product strategy, and user testing
- Experience defining requirements and building tools that improve design and engineering workflows
- Strong initiative, judgment, and communication skills
