Join an AI-powered online dating platform as a senior product analytics specialist. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to turn behavioral data into roadmap decisions, improve retention and conversion, and identify growth opportunities.
Обязанности
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to analyze user journeys and feature adoption and provide roadmap recommendations.
- Own the experimentation lifecycle, including metric definition, hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and post-launch evaluation.
- Define and track KPI frameworks covering retention, engagement, and conversion funnels.
- Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and self-serve analytical tools for product teams.
- Analyze user behavior to identify churn drivers, improve onboarding, and support acquisition and retention initiatives.
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in product analytics or data analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and a strong statistical foundation.
- Expertise with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Native or fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Strong presentation, data visualization, communication, and analytical storytelling skills.
