A fully remote, full-time role for an experienced product analyst to guide product decisions through rigorous experimentation, measurement, and analysis.
Обязанности
- Design and run product experiments from hypothesis development and test planning through analysis and interpretation
- Create a measurement framework connecting core company metrics to acquisition, retention, reactivation, churn, and other business drivers
- Provide evidence-based input to product decisions and assess initiatives against business objectives
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with product managers, then track their measurable impact
- Connect product metrics with business goals, estimates, and costs; monitor performance and flag deviations
- Investigate unexpected metric changes, find root causes, and surface potential product issues
- Improve analytical methods and processes for greater rigor and efficiency
Требования
- At least 4 years of professional product analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability
- Practical experience designing and running A/B tests, including sizing, significance, and interpretation
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization
- Understanding of LTV, CPA, retention, conversion, and their relationship to business performance
- Strong product thinking and ability to interpret user behavior through data
- Ability to work autonomously, challenge assumptions, validate data, and communicate findings clearly
