Lead product analytics and measurement strategy for a rapidly scaling delivery and quick-commerce marketplace operating across consumer, courier, merchant, and operations domains.
Обязанности
- Explore data proactively to identify opportunities and quantify potential impact.
- Own the measurement strategy, core metrics, and data definitions.
- Lead experimentation from baselining and sizing through metric definition and result interpretation.
- Translate ambiguous questions into insights across consumer, courier, merchant, and operations domains.
- Build analytics tools, frameworks, and reports for evidence-based decision-making.
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop analysts while remaining hands-on with data.
Требования
- At least 5 years of product analytics experience.
- Expert SQL skills and the ability to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with mobile analytics, instrumentation, cohort analysis, and SDK data troubleshooting.
- Experience owning event taxonomies with tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude, including schema design and governance.
- Proven experience designing, sizing, and interpreting A/B tests, including inconclusive results.
- Experience hiring, managing, and coaching analysts.
