Join an online gaming team as a Business Data Analyst, using player behavior data to answer strategic and operational questions and improve products, monetization, and retention.

- Analyze large and complex datasets describing millions of online and mobile game players.
- Plan, create, and implement daily events and promotional strategies based on player behavior.
- Provide recommendations from game data to shape features, game economies, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate insights that improve monetization and retention.
- Build automated dashboards and reports covering business metrics and player experience.
Требования
- At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience in the online gaming industry.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion for the gaming industry.
