Build the data platform and business intelligence function from the ground up, covering ingestion, modeling, warehousing, orchestration, metrics, dashboards, governance, and production reliability.
Обязанности
- Design and implement databases, ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration, and medallion-architecture layers.
- Own a tested, documented, governed gold layer as the company’s source of truth.
- Define and maintain organizational KPIs with company leadership.
- Build executive dashboards from complex, multi-source data.
- Provide BI for sales and go-to-market, R&D, finance, and operations.
- Operate production data infrastructure with reliability, data-quality monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization.
- Establish standards for modeling, testing, documentation, access control, and BI request prioritization.
- Align stakeholders on shared metric definitions and communicate decisions across the organization.
- Use AI tools to build, model, investigate, and enable others.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
- Experience building a data stack from scratch and scaling it with a company’s growth.
- Experience working with large and complex data volumes.
- Expert-level SQL and Python, with hands-on production experience in Spark.
- Experience designing and building a medallion-architecture warehouse.
- Production experience with dbt and Databricks or equivalent lakehouse and transformation technologies.
- A track record of building dashboards used by C-level stakeholders.
- Experience defining organizational metrics and gaining cross-functional agreement on definitions.
- Hands-on experience modeling and working with Salesforce data.
- Experience owning production data infrastructure, including cost monitoring and optimization.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.
