Own the data function and lead its evolution toward AI-driven business intelligence. Oversee data infrastructure, analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with teams across the business.
Обязанности
- Set the data function's vision and roadmap, including its transition to AI-driven, agent-based BI
- Set priorities with senior leadership and work with the data engineer; grow the team as the function scales
- Integrate AI into data workflows, including automated analysis and agents that answer business questions
- Own the semantic and metrics layer to ensure consistent definitions across dashboards and agents
- Develop git-based workflows for dashboards and queries, including pull-request review and agent-assisted development
- Expose data to agents through MCP and determine where AI assistance is appropriate versus human judgment
- Own data infrastructure, including BigQuery, dbt, pipelines, and data reliability
- Lead hands-on analytics, A/B testing, impact measurement, and quality evaluation for AI features and agents
- Partner with product, marketing, finance, operations, and engineering to turn analytical needs into solutions
- Represent the data function and communicate insights to the organization
Требования
- At least 7 years of experience across data analytics and infrastructure roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build trustworthy AI-driven analytics systems
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or analysis workflows used by others
- Strong SQL skills and experience building scalable data infrastructure
- Experience independently owning data projects and working with stakeholders across the business
- Solid knowledge of experimentation and statistical methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership audiences
